Portuguese, English and Spanish interviews may address the same issue using different expressions. Translated summaries help comparison but must not replace original speech or become supposedly verbatim participant evidence.
The design to commission
Define analytical units such as excerpts, participants and proposed themes. Systems can suggest groupings while retaining authorized-source references and translation labels. Distinguish original quotations, paraphrases and researcher interpretation. Mention counts do not automatically prove a theme's importance because exploratory interviews have their own selection and context. Before commissioning AI, consider a coding spreadsheet with clear conventions. Assistance may reduce organization work in large corpora without replacing competent qualitative analysis. Define transcript access and identifiers that should be removed for the task. Irony and negative statements need review; grouping similar words may reverse meaning. Enable regrouping and label review while preserving disagreements rather than manufacturing uniform conclusions. Test the supporting excerpts behind a synthesized finding, because polished prose is not evidence that the participants actually expressed the same concern.

Acceptance with an exception
In hypothetical testing, two participants use similar expressions with opposite intentions. Grouping should support context inspection and separate meanings while keeping original accounts available under authorized access.
