Before you start
What do I get when I hire a prototype?
A navigable project in Figma, with the screens, journeys, components and documentation defined in the proposal. The visual identity can be created from scratch or based on your brand. The file is editable and delivery includes the project presentation.
Is the prototype already working software?
It simulates the experience and allows you to navigate through the designed flows. Database, real integrations, payments, automations and publishing a SaaS or application are development steps, contracted separately. This distinction is explicit in the proposal.
Can I hire if I only have an idea?
Yes. Tell us the problem you want to solve, who would use the product and your references. We help organize the journeys and define the necessary scope to transform the idea into an experience that you can present.
Can I take the project to another team to develop?
Yes. The editable files and contracted documentation are delivered to continue the product with your team or another supplier. Quantum9 may also submit a separate development proposal.
Can the project be exclusive to my company?
Yes. We can include the transfer of property rights to the original materials produced for the project, with the extent, conditions and moment of transfer defined in the contract. Third-party fonts, icons, and other assets follow their own licenses.
How much does it cost and what is the deadline?
The proposal considers the number and complexity of the journeys, the versions for each device, the creation of visual identity, documentation, revisions and possible exclusivity. After understanding your idea, we present the scope, investment and deadline for you to decide.
Do you also perform user testing?
The prototype is available for you to present and test. Planning, recruiting, conducting user tests and analyzing the results can form part of the proposal when necessary; are not implicit in the creation of the screens.
