How do the plans work?

Do I need to transfer my domain to Quantum9?
No. The domain remains with the current provider. You just copy DNS records presented in the step by step.
Who can create new boxes?
The first box approved becomes master. This user manages plan, domain, new boxes, aliases and shares.
Is the box created before payment?
No. The plan must be active on Mercado Pago before the external boxes are released.
What happens when I cancel?
Renewal is interrupted and access remains until the end of the period already paid for. Afterwards, the organization is suspended; Removed boxes have a 30-day recovery window.
