Price per contracted capacity
R$ 29.00 per user contracted per month
You choose the individual access capacity and the monthly price follows this number. A Lodge with 30 contracted users, for example, costs R$ 870.00 per month.
The current offer provides for a 10-day trial and 50% discount on the first monthly payment, subject to confirmation of the proposal and assisted activation. The simulation does not generate charges. When recurring payment is provided for in the proposal, authorization takes place on Mercado Pago — number, validity and CVV do not pass through Quantum9's servers.

Public visitors, dependents without logins and Quantum9 technical accounts do not occupy contracted positions.
FAQ
What counts as a contracted user?
It is the individual access capacity chosen during onboarding. Public visitors, non-logged-in dependents, and Quantum9 technical accounts do not consume this capacity.
Do all users have the same permissions?
No. The price is per contracted capacity, but each person only sees the areas and actions authorized for their responsibility within the Lodge.
Can we use our Lodge's domain?
Yes. The platform provides an initial subdomain upon deployment. Your own domain is activated after technical, DNS and ownership validation.
Can I migrate the spreadsheets we already use?
Migration is evaluated before contracting, considering origin, format, quality and authorization of the data. The proposal records what can be migrated and the responsibility of each party.
Can the number of users change later?
Yes, through a new commercial condition. Capacity needs to be expanded before enabling users beyond the contracted limit.
How does canceling and exporting data work?
The person responsible with financial permission can request a pause or cancellation according to the proposal and confirmation from the provider. When exports are contracted, the proposal defines format, scope and delivery time.
