The design to commission
The system can organize evidence and propose drafts from photographs, notes and team-supplied information. It must not invent location, date or cause from image appearance. Require inspectable links between statements and sources, distinguishing available metadata from details entered later. Similar photographs on different floors require reliable operational identification. Before developing an assistant, consider a standardized capture form and a diary structure completed by the accountable person. AI becomes relevant when organizing already identified material creates recurring effort. Define reviewers, separation of drafts from official records and handling of images without context. This project does not certify execution, safety or construction compliance; it assists document preparation without replacing competent technical assessment. Review access to images containing workers or client areas and avoid granting broader access merely because material enters the drafting workflow.

Acceptance with an exception
In hypothetical testing, an old photograph arrives with current images. The assistant should flag the difference rather than automatically describe all files as work completed that day.
